A huge thanks to Flugnir Icelandic horse club for having me out to the midwest for a wonderful and well organised clinic. After the clinic we went to the Minnesota Horse Expo for 3 days of demonstrations and the Icelandics were a huge success! Again, the Flugnir Club really knows how to have a good time and they work very hard together to promote the breed. After the expo it was a week of training with my horses and students back in California and then on to the 3-Day World Ranking competition at Flying C Ranch in Santa Ynez. We had quite a big group go down to the show from Northern California and had a wonderful time! Big thanks to Will and Ásta Covert for putting on such a wonderful event. I will be posting a blog with photos very soon on The Valkyrie Chronicles. Stay tuned for more updates!

We had a wonderful 5 days of lovely sunshine. Guðmar snuck home before the heavy rains FINALLY hit us here in Northern California.
